ABOUT
Two parallel lives. One convergence.
For a long time, two lives moved forward in parallel: the geek life of taking things apart, coding and building, and the professional life of learning the field, sales, customer relationships and eventually the constraints of research, bioproduction and regulated environments. Today, they converge.
RBS / CONTEXT
For years, technology and professional field experience moved forward separately. Today, my work exists precisely at their intersection.
TWO TRAJECTORIES
Two trajectories moved forward in parallel for years.
CHILDHOOD → 14
Mobile & web applications.
With Neonate Création, I developed my first phone and Android applications using AS3, JavaScript and HTML. Code became a way to build products people could actually use.
2006–2013
Neonate Création.
I founded the company at 23 and led merchandising, communication, commercial outreach, customer relationships and project management.
2014–2016
Würth France · field sales.
Savoie sector representative: prospecting, customer portfolio management, negotiation and day-to-day field experience.
First video game released at 34.
Architecture, logic, interaction and user experience: development became a complete project that had to be carried through to delivery.
FROM 2016
Allianz · social protection.
Social-protection consulting: supporting customers, understanding constraints and fitting solutions into a precise framework.
Automate to understand.
Digital tools moved back to the centre of the work: process automation, interfaces and internal systems.
2022–2023
Carroucell · bioproduction & GMP.
Sales Director in biotech, working closely with research and pharmaceutical production. In 2023, I led the GMP-compliant programme for Flexigrow: quality, documentation, traceability and relationships with regulators.
Agentic AI & a deep return to code.
École Cube, followed by immersion in JSON, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Next, React, SQL, Supabase, n8n, Docker and Cursor. I build agents and confront them with real-world constraints.
2025–2026
The field becomes the filter.
Bioproduction and GMP experience become the application framework: AI has to remain governable, traceable, auditable and usable by domain teams.
TODAY
The two trajectories converge: AI Architect.
Romain Bourbon Studio grew from that convergence: building digital systems with a maker mindset, while designing them from the real constraints of regulated industries and the people who work in them.
